Considering the post-election crisis in Zimbabwe, South Africa wanted no part in the delivery of arms of that country. However, the ship is now on its way to Angola, where it can be offloaded and then delivered to Zimbabwe. The larger question is this - why is China shipping weapons to Zimbabwe?
