The obvious answer is Saudi Arabia, but that would be incorrect. According to this chart put together by the Washington Post, Canada supplies the US with more oil than Saudi Arabia. Mexico is third, followed by Venezuela. I hope this doesn't mean the Bush administration will start taking tough to Canada.
