Myanmar's junta warned it will punish anyone found hoarding foreign aid meant for cyclone survivors, but relief groups said they had seen no evidence of people selling or stockpiling donated goods. Perhaps instead they should look in the mirror. The junta has kept foriegn aid from reaching its citizens, who are trying to avoid the military for fear of having their food seized.
