Yesterday, South Africa refused weaponry cargo bound for Zimbabwe on a Chinese vessel. Considering the post-election crisis in Zimbabwe, South Africa wanted no part in the delivery of arms of that country. However, the ship is now on its way to Angola, where it can be offloaded and then delivered to Zimbabwe. The larger question is this - why is China shipping weapons to Zimbabwe?

One of the men, in fact, is now in charge of humanitarian affairs for the Sudanese government. Both face charges accusing them of murder, rape, forced displacement and other offenses.
